Art Jam Activity Applications
Interested in hosting an art activity at our Art Jam event on the evening of Saturday, August 24? Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to apply, and we will contact you to discuss your application.

In addition to art activities, Art Jam will feature performances, a community banner painting project, a speed painting competition, and more!
​
Your proposed art activity or demonstration should be free or offer family-friendly rates for the festival attendees. This night is about giving the community an opportunity to learn about and interact with art in various forms. You may be able to bring some of your own art for sale as well, but the main purpose of the evening is the demos and activities.

Need supplies? Make a note of what supplies you may need and the estimated cost of those supplies, and we will let you know how we may be able to help. Access to electricity is limited, so please let us know if you have certain power source needs.

Art activity hosts should have their own 10x10 tent, as well as their own tables, chairs, and displays. Please let us know if you have any specific needs to see if we can accommodate them. If you are participating in the art market the next day, let us know in the form below too because you may be able to leave your tent up overnight (We will have a security guard on site overnight, however property left overnight is at owners own risk).

Event Duration: 4:00 - 8:00 PM
Set-Up: 2:00 - 3:30 PM
Take-Down: 8:00 - 9:00 PM
Note that First Avenue from Buller to Warren Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 1:00 PM on Aug 24 to 5:30 PM on Aug 25; however, the route will remain open to foot traffic.
